How long does my order take to ship?

Each order is packed with care and usually ships within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: During new collection launches, processing may take a little longer. If so, I’ll keep you updated.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, I’ll offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly noted.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Wanderlight Co. ships within the United States only. I hope to expand to international orders in the future, so stay tuned.

What is your return policy? 

Because every Wanderlight blend is small-batch and handcrafted, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email thewanderlightco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so I can make it right.

Order Cancellations/Changes

Because each blend is made in small batches, I’m unable to accept cancellations once and order has been placed.

Do you offer Exchanges?

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you have any questions before ordering, I’m always happy to help guide you toward the right fit.
